What is the certificate of completion?

The Certificate of Completion in Instructional Coaching for Teacher and Student Growth is issued by Instructional Coaching HQ and represents the successful completion of 6 hours of hands-on professional development and live instructional coaching conversation practice focused on developing core coaching competencies.

To earn the certificate, participants must:

Attend and actively participate in all live interactive sessions
Engage in guided coaching conversation practice throughout the course
Complete the coaching through resistance scenario exercise
Participate in the intake meeting group work
Contribute to group coaching discussions and PLC simulations
Complete the coaching cycle framework application and note-taking exercises
Apply strategies to build a culture for coaching through coaching scenarios
Submit a final reflection demonstrating learning and application

This certificate reflects your commitment to applied professional learning in instructional coaching and your development of core coaching competencies. It is issued by Instructional Coaching HQ and is not affiliated with a university or state credentialing body, nor does it provide college credit. Participants are encouraged to review their state or district requirements to determine alignment with their professional goals.

When will I receive the certificate?

Certificates are emailed after full participation in the course. Our goal is to issue certificates within 2 days of course completion, however, we guarantee that all certificates are delivered within 7 days.

Do you accept purchase orders from school districts as a form of payment?

Yes, we accept purchase orders. Please email us to request an invoice. All purchase orders must be fully processed and paid at least 7 days before the course date.

What is the recording policy during the course?

All sessions are recorded by Instructional Coaching HQ for internal use and may be shared on our social media channels. Participants may not record or distribute sessions without permission.

Use of Materials:

All materials are the intellectual property of Instructional Coaching HQ. They are provided for personal learning use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed outside the course.

We do not sell or share personal information. Data collected is used only for course-related communication only. Our full privacy policy is available on our website.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our digital offerings and the advance planning required for both group sessions and 1:1 services, all sales are final and refunds are not available.
